Inauguration of the First Phase of the Redevelopment of Edith Bonnem Square --
On Friday, February 6, 2026, the City of Alençon inaugurated the first phase of the redevelopment works at Edith Bonnem Square.
This initial stage marks a complete transformation of the parking layout and the forecourt of the Edith Bonnem Community Center. The objective is to create a warm and welcoming space that encourages neighborhood revitalization and interaction among residents.
The second phase of the project, currently underway, includes the development of a large playground dedicated to younger children, further enhancing the square’s appeal and family-friendly atmosphere.
D Paysage Involved in the Award-Winning Lot E2 Project in Romainville --
The consortium led by Groupe 3F, comprising architects Tolila & Gilliland and D Paysage as landscape architect, has been selected as the winning team for the development of Lot E2 within the ZAC de l’Horloge – Coteau sector in Romainville.
The design studies are scheduled to begin in early 2026.

Final Phase of the Peninsula Hotel --
The final phase of the Peninsula Hotel, Paris 16th Avenue Kleber, is underway. Located just at the foot of the Arc de Triomphe, this 5-star palace opens its doors in April 2014. D PAYSAGE has designed the outdoor spaces such as entrances, patios and roof terraces. Total budget: 338 M €.
Inauguration: New entrance to the town of Alençon --
The plaza surrounding the « Anova » theater and « La Luciole » concert hall has become the new entrance to the town of Alencon. The project designed by D PAYSAGE with Infra Services and Aartill has welcomed spectators since September 2013. Being the final phase of construction works, the lighting is an essential element offering a spectacular night mise-en-scene of the plaza and the two cultural facilities.
Competition for the Reconstruction of the Paris School of Physics and Industrial Chemistry (ESPCI) --
D PAYSAGE has been selected with Colboc Franzen Associes and Tank architectes to participate in the competition for the “Restructuring and extension of the Superior School of physiques et chemistry” in Paris. The announced budget is 105 M€ HT.
Former orchid cultivation site to be redeveloped --
D PAYSAGE was selected to participate with Badia-Berger Architects and Nexity for Phase 2 of the competition for a mixed program operation in Boissy-Saint-Leger. The 18 ha site, formerly owned by the Lecoufle family and used for orchid cultivation, will be constructed from 2014 onwards.
Opening of the Quemado Hotel --
The complex on the site of the Quemado beach Al Hoceima (architect Patrick Genard & associados) has opened its doors in summer 2013. D PAYSAGE has designed the outdoor spaces of this 5-star hotel, which also includes a spa centre and a conference centre, two apart-hotel and 32 bungalows.
