Development of the Boisseau Block  --

The landscaped developments of the Atrium City project in Clichy-la-Garenne play a central role, as they provide a peaceful and high-quality living environment composed of functional, fluid, and legible spaces where vegetation and soft mobility are given pride of place.

The inner-block layouts connect the various programs (housing, retail, and facilities) and create a green haven—a transitional buffer and a privileged setting—bringing breathing spaces of greenery into the heart of the city. The inner gardens are organized around a pedestrian pathway that unfolds like a ribbon, extending from the private lane or from the surrounding streets of the Boisseau Block.

It winds through clusters of trees and across gently undulating planted ground, whose contours create varied rhythms and movements, enhanced by diverse shrubs, foliage, and perennials. This natural setting offers evolving perspectives and moments of surprise as residents stroll along the path toward their homes, or from the balconies and terraces overlooking these pockets of greenery and freshness.

These carefully staged landscape effects create a serene and intimate atmosphere.
