Dream Castle Hotel  --

The site of the hotel is situated in one of the most appreciated landscapes in the region. The landscape design is sensitive to this remarkable environment and highlights the existing value of the site, whilst taking into account the strong elements such as the sloping topography which offers wide views across the Marne valley. Tree clusters frame the views towards the agricultural landscape beyond. The lake on the eastern border of the site offers an attractive backdrop within the overall landscape. The exteriors are composed of three entities: the arrival sequence at the hotel and the integrated parking areas either side of a major axis; the succession of structured exterior spaces, such as the terraces, topiary gardens and lawns; and finally, the meadow and tree clusters, natural sloping towards the lake.
