Friedberg Park  --

The development of Friedberg Park is located in the Hautes-Noues district, close to the town center. This urban park serves as a true green lung, providing a place for recreation and relaxation for local residents.

At its center lies a generous open lawn designed for ball games, informal activities, and picnics. To the south, an esplanade visually engages with the boulevard and the neighborhood, and can host public gatherings as well as the city’s social and cultural events.

To the east, a sculptural, playful, and colorful playground unfolds for children aged 3 to 15. At the heart of the play area, the artist Crey132 created a unique, site-specific mural.

To the west, a planted green screen conceals residential buildings and their parking areas, forming a verdant backdrop that shelters a multi-sports court (city stade) and a fitness trail.

Stormwater is managed on the surface through landscaped swales and the creation of a sunken garden for rainwater retention and flow regulation. Located at the lowest point of the site, at the foot of the esplanade, this garden features soft, airy, and flowering plantings.
