L’Horloge Development Zone – Coteau Sector – Block E2  --

Located in the heart of the L’Horloge Development Zone in Romainville, the Coteau Sector – Block E2 project presents an ambitious design in which quality of life, nature, and environmental performance come together in harmony.

From the entrance, a clearly identifiable reception square creates an elegant transition between the public space and the heart of the block. A true architectural sequence, it naturally guides residents toward the lobbies while offering glimpses of the landscaped garden, sparking curiosity and fostering a sense of community.

At the center of the project, a garden structured around a T-shaped layout becomes the unifying element of the composition. Conceived as a generous and legible landscaped space, it incorporates an innovative stormwater management system. Green roofs capture and retain water at its source, promoting biodiversity, thermal comfort, and the reduction of urban heat island effects. In addition, a 70 m³ sunken retention garden ensures temporary storage, natural infiltration, and hydraulic regulation, embedding the development within an exemplary urban resilience strategy.

The project also enhances community living with a convivial space dedicated to residents—a true meeting place centered around a picnic table, encouraging intergenerational exchange. A secure area of more than 50 m², designed as a protected natural haven, is specifically arranged for young children, ensuring both well-being and peace of mind.

More than a residential development, Block E2 offers a sustainable, landscaped, and community-oriented living environment, where every feature contributes to creating an attractive, responsible setting focused on the future.
